LARRY N. BAKER – BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
 

 

      Larry Baker was reared in south Texas and was graduated from high school in San Antonio, Texas. During his days at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, he met and married his wife now of over 30 years, Kathleen, and has two sons, Joshua and Peter.  He enjoys music (especially in playing the trumpet), bicycling, camping, and various family activities.

    He and his family have resided in Moore, Oklahoma, for 20 years at 625 N. Dallas, Moore, OK 73160   (405) 794-6670.

    It was during college that God affirmed his call into vocational ministry.  He was graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in 1972, from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in 1975, and from The American Christian College and Seminary, Oklahoma City, with a Doctor of Ministry in 2001. 

    He is presently an Associate Pastor at Olivet Baptist Church, 1201 N.W. 10th, Okla. City, OK (www.OlivetBaptistChurchOKC.com) and teaches adjunct for Oklahoma Baptist University in the Ministry Training Institute of Capital Baptist Association. 

    He also teaches adjunct at Mid-American Christian University, 3500 S.W. 119, Okla. City, OK 73170 – (405) 691-3800 (2001-present). 

    He has been a seminar speaker with the Our Bible Seminars since 2005, (www.OurBibleMinistries.com).
